Quick question, the 4G data is completely unlimited and you get 2.5gb on 3g right?
I don't think anyone knows this for sure...

Lol mine too! I'm gonna switch to the $35 plan first thing in the morning then activating it a few hours later.
I have a question about the camera actually. Does it take long for the phone to be ready to take a pic after you had already taken one?

You can upgrade right from the VM website (see the "swap phone" option). They were having problems yesterday, so I had to call in and they did it for me. If you are on one of the grandfathered plans, I suggest switching to the new plan, waiting till you get the text that you've changed plans, and then swapping the phone.
2D is right away after one is taken. There is a short pause of less than a second. The 3d, there is a couple second delay.
Do you lose your current month when switching phones?
If you are currently on the $35 plan you DO NOT lose any service. Your remaining minutes carry right over to your new Evo.
Not sure why people say you lose your current month. I actually called and asked, because I just paid mine yesterday, and my Evo won't be in until Jun 6. I'm currently on the $35 plan.
This'll be my first android phone upgrade. Do you have to repurchase all your apps for the new phone or can you just redownload them from your account?
All your purchased apps will still be available. I actually have about 6 devices linked to my google acct. [all mine of course] 2 tablets, and some phones I use wifi only for my son to use like a Ipod Touch. Amazon's AppStore works the same exact way.
Amazon's Appstore gives away the App of the Day. If you click to get it, you can always cancel when it goes to install, and it still is considered PURCHASED. I typically get the free app everyday, even if I do not want it... [just don't install it] Some apps in their infancy suck, but get better with time, and at least I have technically purchased it, if I want to install it later on!
To anyone that has the phone, how good are the viewing angles on the super lcd screen? I would really like if the color didnt wash out at normal angles like the phone i currently have lol
Battery life is acceptable. I have had wifi on most of the time, and with Juice Defender, it lasts all day with moderate/heavy use. But I have already ordered the 3500mAh extended battery in Amazon.
As for Sense, it is very smooth, and it runs well. There are a lot of quirks that I don't like about it. EG, the notification settings doesn't have brightness, or wifi, and I don't like the desktop transitions, they are to flashy. But that is just my opinion.
Thats correct. Only if you are on the older plans will you be asked to pay for a new month. =]

What phone do you currently have? lol.
so guys i wanna see if anyone can see what i can do here. so at first i couldnt use web nor recieve nor send text so i called CS and they fixed like 60% of it i could use web now and i can recieve text but i still cant send anything still get class code 64 error code 2 anyone know anyting to help?
I rebooted the phone, removing the battery for about 5 minutes. After doing so, I never saw that texting error again.
Well end of day 2 and the battery to me feels very similar to the OV drain wise without power savers or root.. Not bad maybe a little stronger but not much.. The handset is working well and I know it's a keeper.. Just way more stuff to use on this thing and coming from a OV I'm impressed and the speed OMG..
How do you think I will feel when I upgrade from my current Intercept?
...lol
