Bizarre battery problems cropped up during romming

Are you fully charging and discharging after flashing and doing so with battery doctor, with ds, and greenify? I know that isn't necessarily a solution, just trying to think.

Same problem it seems on 3.0. The reason I want to find problem on 2.8 is because I used it for a week without having this problem. And the 2.8 zip I used is still on my sd card

Ok this is what im gonna do. Titchener is the man and has already mailed the battery. He mailed it to my house in florida so when I get back in a week or so ill try it along with gb27 one click. Thx again buddy. So until then, im saying heck with it and jumping to 3.0 and im customizing it the way I normally would. At least til next week when I can change a variable (battery) on my little problem. Ill post how its going on debloated project x 3.0 when I get done playing

I'm about to post screenshots of last night. But first, when I woke my phone from about
8 1/2 hours of "sleeping", first clicking on gsam, this message popped up. I cancelled it lol. What was it trying to update?

Well as of yesterday evening I switched to 3.0. I'm running stock xposed, dual key fix on, greenify on, and app settings on. I debloated all the usual stuff. I'm running droidwall and adaway. I lost a little more than 1/3 of my battery last night. Look how high the android system percentages are for battery consumption. Any ideas?

Btw this is an 8 1/2 hour cycle, sleeping

From this screen u can see that the phone was awake 1/3 way into this 8 1/2 hour cycle and it stayed awake almost the while time after that. DS battery is on aggressive mode... I've greenified most of my apps....

Right now my battery is draining really fast. If I go to task manager and press the clear memory button, it won't go below 500 MB. I went to running apps and it looks pretty normal. Idk...

So last night it did really good. DS did a good job of putting it to deep sleep. But just look at this graph once I started BARELY using it.

You know... I don't know that it's related, or if it's from the powers that be.
But, i've also had strange NEW problems with my s2 for the first time.
I wonder if sammy is trying to bury the s2 for good.
Just a thought.................

I restarted my phone and I got the ram down to 288 MB

Are you still running with greenify, and how many apps have you done this to? Also, are you yanking permissions with xposed? I use greenify very sparingly and only a few apps I have done this to. I also don't go yanking lots of permissions as that can cause problems too.

It seems to have the same problems even before I add greenify and app settings on a fresh flash. As of now I am using greenify but not xprivacy or app settings.

I would get a battery calibration app and if that didn't work I would try doing a one click back to GB27 rooted give it a day or so and see how it goes. Remove Sprint phone info and kill off connections optimizer etc.. I Generally go at least 2 days with moderate use.

The slowly sloping part of the line is when I slep last night. The rest I was using the phone. The last two discharges there show me listening to music with the screen off 95% of the time. I know I was listening to music loudly with my external speaker, but that battery drain still seems heavy.

Anybody else listen to hours of music at a time with the external speaker and have a graph to post to compare?

Other than restart clean flash, should be considering anything else as far as the that outta place one? What did I do wrong?

Miui?

Just have Miui showing up when viewing battery, thought it was n not supposed to be there. Was pointed out, and had read myself that the file explorer included is Miui derived. Think uninstalled it and still there. Maybe Google thinks broke framework with phone, bc that is new and the new administrator has tons of permissions and says can factory reset at anytime if stolen or lost purporting to be Google. At least it's not pseudo check optional. Love Project X. Will fight somebody if they come messing with it in a dedicated way according to what happens if anything. Prevention is the best medicine, but will become Dr. X if any xternal forces of anything mess with our Project X. Cue the beat it video minus jesus juice jackson squadron leader. Ha^s

Check my post on the other thread about the device administrator. It is from the updated Google Play services.
