Hey guys... came out with a mod that lets you change your proxy IP, vocoders and also multimedia without an MSL at all if you are interested. All you have to do is flash CTmod 3.80 and then flash my mod/theme from this thread. Let me know what you think. Skinnyjeans also offers a theme that he has made called touch of ice creme jelly with my mods in it if you like another flavor for CTmod.
