Root [Boost Mobile] [GUIDE] Zte Warp swap (for extra RAM )

Hey by the way MARTY 256mb is a pretty high number of added ram considering the warp only comes with 512mb of ram :D

Right, I forgot about that.

If you set swap manually you can make it as large as your data partition will allow.... but 256 is a bIt unnecessary unless youre are a super gamer

Sent from my N860 using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5

I plan on playing a few games on my warp that I couldn't before. So I'm going to give it 512MB if I'm allowed to.

I cant find busy box 1.19.4

I'm using the busy box installer from the link n installing the quoted version. Not sure how I'm installing it incorrectly. Any thoughts ?

Edit : had to use advanced installer all working fine now. running warp cream sandwich. did not change kernel

When I use advanced installer it force closes?

I quit.

1.2 busy box has the free command... My phone ran laggy as hell using swap in data and 128mb with 60 swappiness, Maybe it's a hardware thing though, it sounds like this is an improvement on some phones

it force closed on me too, but i rebooted then ran the emulator and typed "free" and it worked.....but im sure if you are getting the lag when you first reboot that swap is working for you....again the same happen to me...check the emulator and see if you memory is coming up.

I've already uninstalled everything. I'll try again right now.

Ok Konceptz, I did exactly as you and it worked. I was just being impatient last night.

Here's what I got as my results:
