Root [Boost Mobile] LEVIATHAN Elegace & Elegance OC Roms Released

flash`ed a stock kernal and this loaded just fine with the latest release so it is for a fact for me the kernal, but i want to try and get some tweaks for the 3g or whatever i can to speed it up
 
UPDATE: Zimage has finished compiling.

This is my first android kernel, i didnt do anything special to it as this is a test build to make sure i can produce i booting kernel. No OC in this one.
i will not be releasing My kernel for a while. need to do extensive testing first. modify how i want it, test again.
then maybe i will release it after that.

Even though it may be faster, we still can't get above the rated 3G speed, which according to this is around 3.1MBps, which (with some quick math) should be about 350K per second.
 
WOW is all I can really say at this point. Still testing everything out, although i can see that the Major Players already have, but im sure you cant test to much. So far so good.

I saw someone mention swap was enabled on this rom, although the original OP says it isnt, so i just wanted to double check if it was or wasnt? ill definately post any issues if i encounter any.

Swap is not implememted in rhe oc kernel.. i am working on my own oc kernel with swap and some other things
 
Been running this the last couple of days and got to say it runs extremely nice, had a couple of burps but nothing big, great on the battery too. Good to see great roms coming out......kudos...

Cant wait for the next one dude......:thumb:
 
So Ive been running the rom for a little while, about half a day, and it seems to be running pretty hot. How hot can this thing get before i start to worry....ive seen it up to 104F just want to make sure the phone doesnt fry on me.

go into no frills cpu control and it to on demand

Yup, its been set to on demand since the initiall install. When Idle the phone is fine (about 70F degrees), but once i start to actually use it the temp starts to jump up, if im browsing facebook or instagram, navigation anything like that the temps goes up about 30degrees (not instantly but after about 20 to 30min....at about 104F i just stop using the phone until it cools down again.

that doesnt really sound out of the ordinary.. i mean we are overclocking the processor by 60% (600mhz)

Any recommendation on when you feel HOT is too Hot? so far i havent let it go past 104....you think the phone would be ok going past 104 if it does

How hot due you think is TOO hot? i love the rom and dont want to switch at this point? other than it running hot I havent had any other issues

i dont think you have anything to worry about at 104, some computers not overclocked run at 130ish, thats not a healthy temp (130) but i would say 110-115 is getting too hot
 
BETA TESTERS WANTED

I Need a couple people, who i can trust to test my new non oc kernel on their warps to check compatibillity,

FYI second day running....No issues other that one freeze up...rebooted and everything has being fine after that. Thanks again for this awesome ROM.:D

iam guessing that one freeze up was on the first boot?
