Hmm I might take the nandroid and remove the remaining 2 apps/bloatware that don't affect the system (global clock and docs to go). What would you think of that?

Did you extract it from the zip into your sdcard/clockworkmod/backup folder?It has an md5 error and can't find where it said that backup
