Mine starts with A but i dont have the message
my last name starts with a J, but i have a theory. How many of you who got the message are on B08? Maybe they are going to try and force all users on B08 to update to B08c.

Yeah i didn't know what versions everyone was running, hopefully there really is an update. Im guessing only corporate and ZTE would know about the update. Branches might not be notified util after it is released
it hasn't been released yet, we should get a message when it is ready and/or released
