Yep. The app lets you control which radios get disabled when airplane mode is on (bluetooh, wifi, and cell phone signal).

I Stand corrected.. although controling what is disabled in airplane mode makes me scratch me head since, You can toggle on/off stuff from notification bar. Just disable stuff you dont want on. That technically defeats the purpose of airplane mode.

I downloaded it because I have little to no reception in my basement and don't want to kill my battery by having my phone constantly search for a signal while I'm connected to my wifi.

wifi will turn off when you turn on airplane mode. However it can be turned back on and the network will stay in airplane mode...

Cyanogen mod 7, Only a handful of devs have it though so you will have to wait for the public release ( no eta yet ).. It is implemented into the rom. If you have never used aosp android based rom its like a new os. On the warp there is no lag whatsoever no matter what your doing.

i can tell you whats keeping us from having ics or jellybean.
iam not sure on the exact cause. but there is a memory problem, as in the system only sees 143mb of ram, out of the 512 we have
