Root [Boost Mobile] [ROM] n00b (B10 based) VIII.II FULL Install 1/23/2013

Hi all, I have an update available, flashable in cwm to bring you to n00b V.I.

This will not effect data and the update includes:

New kernel to increase in-call volume (thanks Downthemachine!!!!)
New notification menu ported from WP7 ROM (thanks Chev!!!!!!)
Various theme tweaks to the notification pull down etc. (minor)
Swappiness script replacement for swap (set to stock default of 60%)
Quickpanel app to customize the notification toggles, note the flashlight does not work right now so please disable it or you will get a force close.

I HIGHLY recommend wiping cache and advanced wipe dalvik cache before flashing (or right after, just sometime before the first boot after flashing)

First boot will take a few minutes as swap/cache/dalvik are rebuilt.

I must say Mr bobo I love the new toggles. Even has more options. I don't think you have to worry about the torch bc it is checked in the quick settings but not appearing in the toggles so that alleviates anyone force closing.

i have a huge issue after i flashed it just stuck on the "android" image and wont load anything i waited like 15 times i reflashed again and wiped dalvik and cahe and nothing happens it does the same thing :/
 
It takes a long time on the first boot.

Bobo small issue.. My brightness toggle sticks when you click it. Only goes to automatic. Any idea what's up?

Try again, just wait. Give it 15 minutes if you have to. I can't think of any reason it won't go through like the rest of ours. :( keep us updated
 
I have seen the brightness toggle stick too not sure why that happens... If you long press that toggle it brings up the settings menu for the display... Reboot seems to have cleared it up... I suspect those checked unchecked values are stored in the data /data for the settings menu and can start out of sync with the toggles... Not 100 percent sure though, it's been an elusive issue across the roms

its the launcher problem i deleted all my launchers by accident i mean it boot and i can put it on stand by but the splash image is there so i need a launcher can anyone zip a laucher for me to flash thank you!
 
Much appreciated as always. Great work as always! notification toggles are 100 percent better than before. I am not having the issue with the brightness toggle . Phones seems noticeably faster too!! does the update increase performance somewhat? or is it because of wiping the cache and dalvic cache?

Little over 2hrs running it and all is well, very smooth. Me likes it much more.

This rom just keeps getting better all the time!!!
 
Version V was excellent but with this update is like god's rom.
It's faster, I guess bc swappiness increased.
Better notify buttons with more options, less transparency so more readable.
This is... too perfect:D

Restore from a nandroid and replace the launcher. Then reflash
