Root [Boost Mobile] [ROM] n00b (B10 based) VIII.II FULL Install 1/23/2013

okay guys im about to flash lets hope it works

its because my friend gave me the tsf shell launcher for free but since we updated we needed to buy it so therefore we couldnt use it anymore we couldnt access our apps and such we needed a new laucher but my dumbass flashed mr.bobo new update without putting a new laucher first so thats how everything started D:

Ps. Is there way to make the status bar black without losing the new notificstion toggle theme?

The one you have up now is working, so is the battery circle indicator, I flashed them both. After this update. seems to be working.

So if i flash the bacl status bar it wont affect the notication toggle?
One issue is that i can switch on gps on the toggle :/
 
So i went to play my two favorite games onmy phone today and realized they dont work either maybe theres a vid driver or somethin thats not there compared to other roms
 
Just want to edit what I said earlier. At some point maybe after a reboot the flashlight toggle showed up in the notification bar. So I unchecked it in the settings
 
Ok, sorry dude my big mistake, I flashed them both and had to re flash the update to get all the toggles back. SORRY!!! The Black status bar and the battery circle indicator does work but it changes the toggle. Just flash the update again. Thats what I just did. All togg;es are back and working!! Sorry for jumping the gun like that!!! Hey, I'm a chick, I'm allowed!! Right?

Yeah, I know. Just wished I didn't cause that guy more trouble. He already had enough tonight. :mad: Mr Bobo is the man. I just get excited sometimes and do dumb stuff. like last night with that kernal thing, and not having any rom on my sd card to flash!! I'm a dumb bitch sometimes!!!
 
Ok I found a fix.for the brightness notification toggle sticking on auto after you touch it


Open quick panel settings then widget buttons, then brightness modes... when I first opened it now of them were checked. I tried all 4 settings and none of them are sticking. So find the one you like test the notification widget and your good to go. :D

I just had to run fix perms
 
Glad that worked for you bud. But I had the issue on with the old toggles and.the problem kept coming back. So if it comes back this may be a more permanent solution for us since the new toggles have options that fixes itself lol
