Very impressive shinru very impressive this is def a pro ROM i tried wp7 wasnt a huge fan but yours blows all others out of the water hope my ROM will be as good as this :)
 
Shin I have a question... if I wanted to change the icons for the experia launcher... would all I have to do is open up the apk and change the icons manually?

Had same issues before...im not sure what changed it actually i think after his update and the scripts were there, i also used link2sd and linked all apps. turned zipalign back on. ....otherise....make sure u set your swap size 0...download an app free called Freespace, see what that shows as your partition memory.

I personally never use bluetooth, is there a way to tone down the # of signals/second a BT radio pushes out? that might be interesting battery wise

Rootdim works, all games work, a2sd scripts + link/library files works, zipalign works, maximum oc works w/ no freezes. dalvik jit + dalvik cache on sd ext works. rainbow statusbar = doesnt work for me.
 
This ROM is GREAT. There is one problem that I have, when i turn on my wifi it knocks the wireless mobile signal off after about 10 minutes.
 
I was under the impression every test build shin never even had on 08c, but hearing 08c have no problems w/ it @ all?

are you using that 32gb sdcard? when I run link2sd I get an error, says "mount script cannot be created mount: device or resource busy ext3 may not be supported on your device etc etc..."

edit.. so after running link2sd and rebooting it would seem the second partition mounted properly. a2sd still showing 495mb though. when you say "linked all apps" do you mean literally everything in the link2sd list?
 
Shin......I love your work....really....this is a great ROM. My device however seems very finicky as to what it runs. For instance running this ROM on 08, my device freezes and reboots a bunch throughout the day. Running it on B08c is better, but I get the WiFi/cell signal issues as well as a issue I have not seen mention of where the WiFi wants to turn itself on periodically. For instance today, knowing I would be away from home, I turned off the WiFi before leaving the house, an hour later I noticed that it was on all by itself. So into the settings menu I went and turned it off yet again, only to find it cutting itself back on a minute later. LOL. Who knows.:dancing2:
 
Here is my personal mod if anyone wants to check it out.

It's based on the fantastic Shinjitsu Rom 1.5.1c Beta 2 with completely updated apps(I hate waiting for stuff to update after an install), solid status bar w/clock, and I replaced QuickPic with Gallery ICS. I've also updated the su binary since people were having trouble with that.

The install instructions are the same as the normal ROM so please refer to the first post for that. Go back into CWM and fix permissions (under Advanced) after the first boot to fix the camera. I think that was a bug with his base ROM too but I'm not sure. Anyway, if you guys like this I'll make a proper thread for it and keep updating it. I've tested it several times and it seems to be pretty smooth other than the camera permissions issue, but that's easy to fix.
