Im with you i highly doubt the Warp has a 4g antennae, but it was to b e originally released on sprint same as the evo design. but still i doubt it
 
how do you know what apps to remove and what apps to keep? can you provide a list of apps that i dont need from the stock rom. for example activation4005.apk

I have a list of all removed apps in the OP its inside of a spoiler, its mainly just rename and check. If something quits working use adb shell to rename it back. at least that's how i do it :)

EDIT: downthemachine has just informed me that he has got a fully working rom that he is using that has my OC kernel in it. From what he tells me everything is working fine on the rom! Even bluetooth and he did no kernel modifications to it. So i will be getting a copy of his rom to look at and figure out whats going on with my rom.

Anyways, the next release should have all issues fixed and fully themed

For some odd reason, since that update notice was supposed to go out, I've had delayed text messages. It's so messed up. I can't be having that type of stuff. My gf will kill me if I never reply to her texts. X__X
 
I loved this ROM when I first started using it.. But after a couple weeks I kept getting forced closes and forced reboots daily if not twice daily. It became infuriating and I had to swap. I enjoy the work you do, Shin, but I work out of town and way too far away from home to switch ROMs if It messes up mid day. If you get all the kinks out I may come back to it, but as of now I can't find it stable enough to keep for daily use. Keep up the good work in developing though.

2 things:

1. I got my phone to work properly again. The problem was that for some odd reason, it wasn't wanting to have my SP as Boost (I think it chose AT&T). Unfortunately, I had to revert back to a backup (A 1.5b :/)

2. On your upcoming release, PLEASE put the time and date on the notification bar. It would help alot. And also, please but the battery icon that you had for 1.5b on there. That one was so cool. I loved seeing how much battery percentage I had left. Finally, please keep the blue color. :P Blue is a color that causes relaxation (well, to me it does :P), and it makes it look epic. When I was running 1.5b, a kid at my school was so impressed by how the theme was, and she wanted me to do it for her. Unfortunately, she was using a different type of phone.
 
Hey shin quick question. I am getting persistent on screen pop ups for the new software updates. Wondering if I can update or will it be harmful?? I am using your 1.5.1c from with intermediate update and I just updated to the non oc kernel. I love the rom! Great job. The newest update deff fixed some bugs switching between wifi and 3g. And no longer gets stuck on wifi. :):D
 
Wont matter the update will fail, lol just click on it and it will fail then the notification will go away :) i have already tried this so i can confirm it wont mess up anything

I don't get why ZTE won't just get the picture: We have more fun with B08. We don't want B08c. lol.
 
OK so thanks to shins reply I grew the balls to try the update and I too can confirm it will just fail and stop bugging you.. will have to pull battery out after fail but will not pester u anymore
 
I tried to install the update and got the failed message too. No damage or side effects, it just got rid of that pesky notification! Once Shin had tried it i knew we were safe. Great rom all around. I think a single tear rolled down my cheek when i saw that there is going to be a fully functional version released. Its gonna be Christmas morning in July! (Fingers crossed)
 
No problems with this ROM for me other then I can't get any themes I make in UOT Kitchen to work. I know what files to use and how to change others and such but everytime I load the theme and reboot the phone, the files are all messed up.

Is anyone else having troulbe theme this ROM?

Not yet, will have to use non-oc for it to work right

EDIT: Im still fairly new to kernel development and hacking so, if someone could take a look at the files and help me out then we can get a fully working OC kernel.

Is it on your github or do you have a copy of the edited files? I've managed to make and flash a boot able kernel, as you know I'm working on something else but I'll look into it if you want to pm me a link to your edits

I don't have a git hub nor am i smart enough to upload to it lol. I tried

I do however have a drop-box so i will upload it there for you and post a link in a new thread.

As for the next release, i believe i'm close to having a full port of Android 2.3.6 so the next release will be based on that.
