Got it working...its really odd...it will not flash for me when coming from Warp Cream ROM...I flashed a stock B08c backup and then flashed Shin and phone booted fine. I then restored my Warp Cream Rom backup again and tried to flash Shin again and it still just hung on Green Droid. Flashed stock again, and flashed Shin and had no issues. Great Job, Love the ROM.

ok this another clear cache and delvik and all buttons work except the gps one but when i go to location and security and tick gps its like flickers the first time
like check then unchecked then i tick it again and it stays checked weird but still a great rom
 
When i tested the Airplane mode toggle....it worked...but then i locked the screen...the lock screen said NO SIM CARD INSERTED...even after i turned off airplane it still said this. I rebooted the phone, and it hasnt done that since. Also before reboot the Home key done nothing, after reboot works fine. No issues since reboot.
 
If your coming from a different rom then you need to factory reset. Beta 3 doesn't format data. Reason being is for update from beta 2
 
Wait do I have to stock rom flash then beta 2 then update then beta 3 in order for my settings to stick? Cause the only problem I have is my settings are not sticking that's all :O?
 
My public links on drop box have been suspended for excessive traffic.

I will have to upload a mirror for beta 3.
 
And one last thing my notification toggle won't turn on my wifi and my wifi says error when I turn off the data it can't be turned back on unless you turn off the phonephone.
 
I've been playing around with the rom all day. Everything is running pretty smooth, but there a still a few hiccups here and there. When trying to re-sort the notification toggles, they won't move. When I drag and place them somewhere else it doesn't stick(even after a reboot. It worked the first time I tried it, but stopped working after that.

The grey on black in the popups is really hard to see in when using the phone in daylight, even with 100% brightness . I've also run into a few issues with buttons in the pop up dialog.


Here the text of the first button is cut off:

I'll let you know if i run into any more issues, but this rom is really a thing of beauty. Great job. If you want me to hide these pics, just let me know I'll take them down.

Edit: The blacked out button just shows that that button isn't selectable(like greyed out buttons on stock) Still not sure about the other buttons text being cut off.
 
I installed the beta 2, but when am trying to flash the beta 3 it stays on boot logo and does not go on. What to do please?

There are a few possibilities here:

1. Did you clear Dalvic Cache? If not, then make sure you do that, then reinstall the ROM.

2. If you have already cleared the DC, then you need to give it a minute or two to boot up, because it is setting up.

Same here with the text issue. Doesn't show up in the alarms app. Screenshot attached. The black on gray is super hard to see. Other than that is a beautifully fluid from!!! Great work!

I love the rom. Looks beautiful but I'm getting very very slow Internet Speed. Even with great service the speed test is bringing 52mbps down and 24up. I'm used to getting close to 1000 or more. Both ways. Any ideas why it's soooo slow
 
Thanks for this update, It's beautiful and my search button problem is solved after flashing. I keep finding little things in this rom that make me like it even more.... Thanks man, your'e a bloody genius. Keep up the good work!
