That's pretty much the sum of it. Incomplete voltage regulation I think.
 
The camera doesn't work for me either. It did once and then any time after that it brings up a black screen. I've fixed permissions in CWM and tried other camera apps also, anything trying to access the camera does it.

Other that that everything is working well.


Edit: I reflashed and it's working fine now. Go figure.
 
OK, I just cleaned up 10 posts (or so)

We ALL should know its bad etiquette to ask for ETA's... period.

That said, if some does ask then PLEASE just ignore the post or politely respond about the 'rule'

Also, the MODS didn't let anything 'slide,' There are thousands of separate forums, we simply can't read/see every post. Especially in a thread with 1700 responses.

We rely on the users to report ANY post that is questionable, ANY post period.

The name calling and bating in this thread needs to stop.

The new theme still needs some work so just hold off till Friday I should have the day off and I can go through and fix the issues
 
So the build.prop worked on allowing me to switch back to 3g.. but my issue now it that for some reason when i am on wifi it seems not to work when I attempt to use the web etc... also how do i add my yahoo email to this rom. its not letting me
 
so i just noticed in in the very first post about the rom that the build prop tweaks and loopy smoothness lines turned into links on how to modify them or install them.

were these already on the rom or do i have to add them manually? they sound like something i might like but loopy smoothness sounds a little confusing to me.

They come installed, I linked to them for other developers and the curious. Loopysmoothness is already configured upon install.
 
hey people i was wondering if there was a way that i can change the way the buttons to select look like on the rom? i kinda dont like the way they look for some reason. its in the pic i uploaded kinda small cause i couldnt go bigger.

That happens because Gmail uses its own button layout and theme so its placing a different button on top of the themed one.

EDIT: Will work for beer :p I'm definitely drunk :) good thing Google chrome has spell check!
 
Hey shin, a small issue I've noticed is that in the alarm app the text and background are the same color making it a block of grey instead of showing what time the alarm is set to.

im working on fixing that

EDIT: I will post a screen shot of the new system menu soon as it finishes compiling.

EDIT 2: system menu is being a pain in the butt... I'm making developer settings a separate category and adding WiFi Hotspot menu under wireless & networks i think i almost got it :)

EDIT 3: Got it working we now have the wifi hotspot system menu, i will work on getting tethering available. will post screen shots here soon.

EDIT 4: Usb Tethering is working now to get wifi tether going :)
