Yeah I don't have a clue. I just know I heard it was from a zte update. And I have flashed other roms. And even both stock roms. Still no vibration.

There was a thread here that contained the ## codes that engineers use to test phone functions. Vibrate was one of them. My vibe function hasn't worked in months but that code doesn't make it vibe either so I think this is a hardware issue. You might try that to rule out hardware.

Before I did the most recent zte update the vibrate worked fine and I'm pretty sure after the update and after shins beta 2 version the vibrate also worked but can't say for sure so idk if it's a hardware issue I really don't no what it could be but would love to have that feature back somehow

Just tired the *983*0# test and the phone vibrated like normal

and sorry for my recent absence... not that anyone even noticed :p. I got my driving temps on the 31st, so ive been kinda busy. congrats on the new warp shin. i tried to donate, but my computer was acting up.
 
Hello all, just recently switched from WCS to Shin's rom..i just like it way better, its less skittish..anyways i've run into an issue i've read about before.

i've tried swype and swype beta but in order to enable swype i have to select checkbox and immediately reboot and then tghe setting sticks...i've read about that issue before BUT, i can't figure out how to keep it selected as input method...it just wont select at all
 
Thid is the only rom i havent triede.ive tried to install it at least 10 times and it always says abort cant open(bad). Ive down loaded it numerous timesno problem with any of the others
 
From personal experience it is usually a tweak that causes this I'm unsure because this is not my ROM your best bet is to read the thread and see if there isan easy solution :)

I always revert to hroarks if I have an issue. I haven't even messed with downs yet. I probably should.
 
The wifi switching is a build.prop issue. A line of code has to be deleted. I solved that issue i believe. Look at my previous posts and you will see the fix.

Downs is the kernel that is currently on beta3.. And I have read the entire thread.. People talking about they've fixed it by removing a line with wifi from build prop... That doesn't even sound right.. But I did it anyway. Didn't do anything
