Well, I've messed up my Swype keyboard installation. Now it's acting like it did before I reinstalled everything. I can't make the Input Selection stick. What happened is that I flashed StockKernel.zip to see if that would correct the problem with the Sense Analog Glass Clock's hour and minute colors. It didn't fix the problem and now I can't use Swype. I've reinstalled Swype and Fixed Permissions from CWM. Still no go. Short of backing up and reflashing everything and restoring what I have is the only option I can think of now. Anyone have suggestions? Hmmmmm :hmmmm:

I guess reflashing the kernel is messing with the rom somehow... try staying away from it

You bet I will. Soon that will not be an issue... we all patiently await 1.5. Thanks for the help.

I'm remodelling the status bar... I'm going to fix up the mismatched colors and make it slightly transparent...

What do you guys think? I want to hear everyones input... I want to tailor this to what the majority of everyone wants while maintaining the ics theme

Looking much better to me. I can read it!!!! As it is now I can hardly distinguish the light gray from the light blue. Thanks for this mod, for sure!

I was able to recover the Swype Beta Keyboard by flashing the marketfix.zip file and then running the Swype Beta Installer app.

Whenever I ran TB the first time after flashing the marketfix.zip it asked me if I wanted to change the Android ID back to what it was before. I've always answered yes and let it restart the phone. What is the Android ID and why is it so important and how does it affect this ROM? :hmmmm:

I have no idea but I believe that it may be restoring your account information for the market

Nope... I only use TB to restore 2 things... tapatalk and my wifi access points... I reflash my phone alot so I don't bother restoring all of my apps anymore

I wonder if anyone else has had it happen to them?

HOw can we get the live wallpaper working again? And you were going to post the zip file with all the missing apks you removed?

jet, question for you. The market fix zip? Is it supposed to be included in 1.01b? Or are we supposed to flash it? I only ask because I did flash it a day or so ago, then began having issues with WiFi not cutting on or off without reboot. So I just went back flashed stock, then kernel, and finally wcs again. No issues except I can't get all my apps in the market.

The only thing the market fix does is wipe data and replace the build.prop and I have not experienced your issues as of yet

For the market fix i suggest just giving them a fixed build.prop instead of a wipe data but i may be wrong as i don't know what your build.prop looks like :D
