This is off topic so I hope we don't get a lot of banter but I just wanted to share with everyone here a deal I found today online. I found this 3800 maH extended life battery with the replacement cover. Including shipping it's only $8.99. I couldn't pass it up. Again, off topic but wanted to share this real deal. :) :) :)
QT 3800mAh Extended Battery+Back Cover For Boost Mobile ZTE Warp N860 Android Phone - DinoDirect.com

Hello hawg just like to say you made a good find :D but we do have a thread for such discussion if you would like to talk about it more (well really we have multiple threads on it)

Wondering if anyone has had any issues with their GPS not working? When I try to start it through settings nothing happens. Also my wifi seems to be turning on by it self. After I turn off it turns back on after a few minutes. Any thoughts?

Hey Jet Im not getting 100% backup's from CWM when I back up my phone. I was trying to do something last night. I did a back before I did my changes and the changes didn't take. So I went to restore my back up and lost everything. It went back to like the ROM was first installed. I had to download everything again and fix all settings again. Any ideas what is going on?

Flash this right after you restore the backup BEFORE YOU BOOT THE ROM... http://db.tt/IKKcHPF2

Hello there fellow ZTE Warp users. I just recently started using this handset and was pleasantly surprised. I have found that this indeed is one of the best roms for this phone. However, I have taken it a step further with the phone, since I am flasher by trade, I have flashed this phone to MetroPCS with everything working and fully functional. However, I am having a few issues...

Branding -- This is probably a question for 'Jetx2x'. Where/What do I go into to alter the Boost Mobile banners on the Holo Lock screen and on the normal lock screen.

MMS -- this phone is setup a little different than the normal Sprint handset and so the normal changes I would make to add MMS aren't quite applicable and also, I'm kind of pioneering this phone because I haven't seen any mentions of this either, so any info anyone can give me on this will be greatly appreciated...

I'm reverting to stock for a while, as I do not like the new features of 1.5b.
The fact that I could not update my apps was really a deal breaker, and those audio drivers were just bad. I used SpeakerBoost, and I had no other way with 1.5b to have louder audio. I missed every call and text that came through. Hopefully, when you fix it, I will come back. This honestly looks nothing like ICS, other than the status bar and the fonts, but I still like it, cause the blue parts you put in had me in, because I blue's my favorite color. Lol. But it was still a good ROM. And I would have stayed, even with just 1.5, and that's what I was trying to do, but I couldn't go back down. I even had the old version 1.0.1b, and I flashed it, then when I tried to go back up, installation was aborted and it failed, so now I'm back to stock. Sorry Jet. I'll be back when you fix it and finish 1.6, whenever you get to that. Don't give up. I see a lot of good potential in this ROM.

Funny thing though, is that, at Stock, my boot time was only 25 seconds. It's been way longer at times, and I've never had a 25 second boot on your ROM

I was kind of lazy on 1.5... I got a ps3 a few weeks ago... never had one... and its taking up all of my time... and I know it looks nothing like ics... I dont really have anything running ics... so I'm depending on Google pics... which is kind of difficult... I'm picking apart cm9 and to try to give it the REAL ics look

A couple of days ago I ran across this post in another thread that addresses the sound problem with the Warp.

zte warp quick speaker check!
okay so if you have the zte warp and are surpised at how low the volume seems, try this first

play any song !

then while song is paying remove the back plate cover!

if you notice that the volume gets louder when you remove the back cover,

then its most likely a defective cover ,

if you noitce on the cover there are two slits are that is supposed to allow the music to flow thru has some type of seal over it ,
find something to poke out and remove the layer off till you can see thru the slits

this should greatly increase the sound output than before ! for me it was like night and day hope this solves your sound issue !

Caution, the black tape is porous to allow sound out but it's designed to keep dirt out of the speaker so be aware that if you decide to remove it like I did, you run the risk of something damaging the speaker. For me, hearing the phone is more important than having a dust cover over the speaker so I took it off and noticed a big difference. Maybe it could help you.

I've run across a little quirk that gives me a second missed call notification after I restart the phone. It's happened to me on two missed calls in the past day. I get the initial notification and the first time I tapped the number to call it back. The second time I just cleared it from the notification area. Each time the notification recurred when I restarted the phone after an hour or two. Has anyone else seen it happen?:hmmmm:

Do you just hit clear? Go to your call log and it should take care of it.
The first time I went to the call log to return the call. The second time I just cleared it from the notification area. Both times the notification icon disappeared. After I continued to work for a while, I restarted the phone and the notification appeared as though I had never cleared it either way. It's very unusual behavior to say the least. I just tested it again and it's okay. No notification after restarting. The only difference is the amount of time before restarting after the missed call. I still don't understand why it's done it two out of three times??? Thanks for responding, prinny. I'll update this if I find out anything else that may be pertinent.

I always just assumed that that's how its supposed to act... I noticed it a while back and have just learned to deal with it
