Root Bricked phone need help please

Yes yet another story of a bricked ov.
Here is what i did....
I downloaded the zv9 update flashed it and as expecected it unrooted my phone.
so i then used EManU3LXXX Optimus V Root.zip to get root and everything that goes with it back.
that all went fine and i was happy.
Then a bit later i noticed there was a software update for my ov this is when things went bad downloaded the update it went thru its process and rebooted then the error come up and now im stuck everytime i boot it goes strait to the recovery and i cant get past it so im now lost on what to do.

it goes directly to cwm recovery and cant get past it but the link provided may work ill give it a try a little later moving out to BFE where my signal is weak and downloads are slow and no regular high speed internet yet depending on the file sizes it may have to wait till i can get satelite internet here :( using daughter inlaws ov to connect
 
lol i was so proud of myself i had tried various roms and a few other things these past months and never bricked my phone but seen the update for phone available under settings on the phone from VM and couldnt resist not sure what the update was suppose to do guess it was a fix for zm9 or something lol

File size is huge, I suggest using a flash drive and a public library to get the files, or a friends internet.
 
@junkyarddog So you're saying it stays in the cwm recovery. Why don't you just flash another rom or use cannibal or xionia recoveries fix the recovery bootloop.
 
He hit the update button after rooting which installed a new recovery. I would try installing cannibal recovery via flashible zip (I think there is one....) and use the boot loop fix under advanced
 
when you turn on the phone, what comes on the screen? Does it flash a white screen, and then there's no image or what? If you can get to mass storage mode on the phone, you can try to download a custom rom for the ov, or put the stock rom on the sd card, and flash the rom back onto the phone. I prefer a custom rom myself. Tell us if you can access the phone at all, or if the white screen is permanent.

Everything is working now im no longer bricked im just not able to reactivate service
 
To re-establish service you need to restore your backup if it has the activate app or flash a Froyo ROM that is for your screen version (the Bumblebee Resurrected is a good choice).
once fully restored or rebooted twice (new ROM) select the activate app. It might take several times before seeing your 3G and phone bars come back fully.
