from what I hear, check your app drawer, it will come back...or check in "manage apps" I believe..

Download: Latest Google Play Store 3.8.15
If you have a file browser on your phone such as ES file explorer or Astro file explorer, download playstore apk to computer, transfer to sd card, then navigate to sd card via file explorer, click on the apk to install it.
If you dont have a file explorer, go to the link with your phone browser and downloaded it directly to phone....you should see it in your notification area after downloading and can install it from there
