There is no cpu current freq...but the max says 186...... But only in cpu0 not cpu1 cpu1 the file doesnt exist as well as alot of other files that exist for cpu0

So it is more of a file issue than one of just turning on the CPU right? Files that would regulate the second core are nonexistant?
