If your roaming or using it excessively it wouldnt be the first report of someone being kicked off...
You have to use it smartly.
First I'd like to say I'll find out for sure tomorrow. I got no notice other then I cant make calls or use data. I mainly used 4G with wireless tether. I used it every day and biggest thing I did is dl movies, but last night I dl a game on psn. I never did the prl stuff. So I'll let everyone know tomorrow for sure what happened.

from tethering lol), but it wasn't *becasue* of tether.

Stupid autocorrect!40 bugs? LoL i know whatcha meantI got my first and only (so far) gestappo letter about the roaming bullcrap thing about a month ago, cuz i use the vzw prl, and havent heard another peep from em yet, so youd think that theyd yell at you first for "breaching the tos"
Stupid autocorrect!
Ok so I called and yes I was cancelled for excessive roaming! I don't know how, but Yup. I can't even get a line through Sprint. I got no notice of cancellation other then I can't call anyone! I guess try to get my Evo on boost.![]()
Holy Crap! That's a first around here.
Do you know how much roaming data you used?
Ok so this is what happened I used 29 gigs of 4G data. So I'm assuming they looked deeper into why I'm using so much data. They seen I used it for downloading torrent files. I didn't use the hotspot hack cause it only worked with 3G. I use the wifi tether app.
So thanks to my dad im back up and running but I had to get a new number. Btw I found out that Sprint does throttle speeds after so much usage. I think he said 25 gigs of data. So if you limit your data to less then 20 gigs you should be ok.
I wasn't roaming. Sorry forgot to mention that. It just went to the excessive roaming department. At least I'm not stuck with the cancellation fee!
what if you have an unlimited data plan? is there still a "hidden" limit you can use?
