Root cant restore nands

i d/l'd the team dirt version and just installed it. backing up now and will try the restore

have you run a defrag or a chkdsk on your SDCARD?

chkdsk x: /f /r
change x to drive letter
if all looks ok then defrag the card (its still a winblows fs)

Will it let you MAKE a nand, and if so, will IT restore?

if you have a card reader best to do the above with that you can do it in the phone but I like to do so seperately

no it only needs the storage space of the card it has access to the whole 512 + system as no rom is loaded

i have like 14 card readers from previous purchases (exaggerating of course) and im about to check the card, and i dunno how much free ram it has. I thought the ram only mattered when the phone was running its o.s.?

/f - automatically fixes file system errors

/r - checks for free space (Sorta a surface scan) It will look for bad blocks and mark them

go here and ge teh unandroid zip and make sure u can restore a nand manually.
