If it didn't mess with YouTube playback, I wouldn't mind having 4.2 then. If not though I'll have to pass. :p

Hey Brian706, how about MMS? Is that still working in this version?

Are the video playback issues just with videos recorded with the phone? How about Youtube and Netflix?

I haven't had time to test everything yet. I will probably play with it more over the long weekend. As far as I know MMS still works. I have not watched any videos yet though.

Update: Just went on youtube and it played fine.

Did you have to push 4.2 from the previous pa or is it download able from somewhere?

I added the camera icon that I always give you in the Icons_update packages.

I would go into your /system/app folder and delete Gallery2.apk. Unless you want both versions on your phone :p

Hey you still got those custom icons? Made an oops and deleted the zip when I was deleting old roms from ages ago.

It actually replaces the whole apk. So the full camera is included. The one that you asked about will update: browser, contacts, email, camera, phone, and messaging.

I put the icons in the apk itsself so it will replace the current apk's with an updated version of the apk. Also, the camera in that update is the 4.2 camera. I can post a link for the camera that is in this build if you don't want 4.2.

Yes, can you post the icons with the camera thats in the current build (not 4.2) The video froze and rebooted for me as well, pulled the battery booted up and now it works great.

Delete GalleryGoogle.apk from your /system/app folder. Then run the update file to install the other camera with custom icon.

Let me know if it doesn't update. This was the first time making the updater-script file on my own. Usually I just generate it with an app on my phone but I don't have this camera on my phone so I had to do it manually.
