Allergies ... ugh, although with this cold winter, I'm hoping spring wont be as bad as the past couple of years. Right now it's not much of an issue with me.

What are your allergens of record, Dan?
 
i took some clariton last night. but that did not help.

so this morning.. i am using a nasal spray.. to dry out my nose.
my eyes are red.. combination: not enough sleep and allergies.

i did a allergy test .. many many many moons ago.. don't remember the details.
some grass, oak and other trees, cats.. many more!
 
Sorry you are suffering dan.... bummer.

It's weird how allergies work. My sister has been plaqued all her life and yet I, fortunately, have never been bothered. I know it's a miserable condition to deal with... sure sorry dan.

I had HUGE problems when I used to patroll or live in Durban.

On the East Coast of SA I had HUUUUGE allergies and used to sneeze cough and splutter.

It was so bad I used to run around with an Asthma pump and my stinky dogs I guess did not make it any easier... :D

And my dogs are always like royalty :D

Anyway I seriously know very well how much it SUCKS when you are running on a field and all of a sudden you are coughing and wheezing desperately no matter how hard you exercise or how fit you feel like you are just dead sometimes in the winter

BUT...... when I moved "down" to Cape Town..... I..... have no idea......what it is..... but my allergy problems VANISHED.

And no it is not my 1st porker / dog that I had "Helga" and "Haggar" because I have got Jessie so it is nothing to do with the stinky lazy pork chops. :)

There is just something about the air here that is just so FRESH that my problems just vanished literally into polluted air

Maybe you should try and think of all the places you have visited that you can think of and try and think of a time when you had less running nose hicups?

Either way I am extremely sorry to hear this.
