That's because you've changed kernel/recovery.

As fire your battery indicator you can download just the green circle battery mod and flash this. It is the best battery indicator by miles in my opinion.

So how did i change the kernel after i got the new ROM?If i do the recovery which will it recover?It's showing Hellcat's K14 for this ROM.

OPEN KitchenPro > Find Kernals tab > select one you like > mark for installation > press menu soft key > Click the shit out of the install option>Go get snacks > Come back to new kernal
 
anyone checked out checkrom thread on xda recently.

man it's getting bitchy on there. thank god for android forums:D
 
I only tend to look at the first 2 posts to check if the OP has added anything new. I've always found the majority of XDA members to be very egotistical, arrogant and argumentative. This forum is a breath of fresh air. :)
 
The Android thread yesterday on /b/ had more order than xda lol

There all whinging about themes. Of all the bloody things.

Yep, pretty much my experience of those malignant narcissists too. I mean, we all enjoy tweaking these phones, but really, does being arsed to suss a gadget entitle someone to completely disregard common courtesy?

Which kernel are you using right now and which one do you recommend with this ROM?I just downloaded "Speedmod" about 2 hours ago.And,i also like the yellow exclamation triangle.:cool:(I wonder what Apple's "jailbreak" sign is?)

New ROM up soon according to CheckROMs facebook page. BETA version currently being tested. Still not sure what this is.
 
The only other snippet he revealed was for people to guess what firmware it would be based on so Im guessing KJ too. :)
 
Is anyone having battery issues on this Rom? In the past two days the battery has just dropped 10% or so for example at say 3 o'clock it dropped from 40% to 30%.

You mean the past 2 hours? 10% in 2 days would be amazing.

No battery issues with me on 3.1.1. If I'm playing a game it'll drop 10% in an hour, which is better than playing a game on my old 3GS, or a PSP, or DS, or any handheld console. Also better than most laptops :P

No sorry I mean it has done this over the past two days ( so it did it yesterday and the day before, 2 different charge cycles)

Had to restore settings.I had screen capture working with CheckROM.But i can't find it in Kitchen Pro anymore.Anyone have the link?
