Root CM10 progress Update Thread

I've tried to use several themes, most recently Simplex, which seem to be a well rounded theme that supports a lot of screen resolutions, but I am still met with this error.

"Theme error
This theme was improperly compiled and cannot be applied. Please report this incident to the theme author."

Figured out the DPI was set too low and it was causing the error. The lowest I've had it working is 161.

Ok, i dont mean to be a "debbie downer" or whatever... i was looooving the lastest tester...been using it for about a week and a half as a daily rom but everyday i would test the rom with quadrant; on rooted stock i tweaked the avid to my liking and my scores were ALWAYS in the 5300 to 5600 range. Everyday that i tested it (the cm10 rom)on the latest tester my scores would range from 3800 to 4500. ( the latter being after i tweaked it to my likings) and also i notice the rom being quite a bit laggy at times...even freezing on me sometimes....maybe its me, but i was wondering did anyone else notice this or even tested the rom like i did to even notice the difference. I flashed back to my nandroid backup (of stock root) i made last night and tried quadrant again and my score was 5400...and the phone was moving much smoother than "MY" cm10 as usual. hmmmmm....leaves me wondering...but still regardless i thank tolth, dadcup and whoever else helped for ALLLLL their efforts and i appreciate you guys :).... just leaves me curious and confused for now...

Metros network was out in my area earlier for about 3 hours. Now that it's back on I seem to have lost my 4g. I've tried the lte on/off app but had no luck. Can anyone help me out before I do a restore?

Just came to check up on everything, been loving the latest tester, been dailying it since I flashed it no problems with it for me haven't needed to use the GPS, but MMS works perfect after using the MMS fix, only thing that bugs me is the prox sensor when I'm calling but I don't call much so it doesn't "bug" me... ha ha... lol looking forward to the next release, whether it be another tester or the final, bring it on! :) keep up the good work guys

also, it has nothing to do with cm10 i dont think, its cwm... you need stock recovery to get into ftm, which i wouldnt recommend messing with. also i thought it was vol up and power to get into ftm... down would have been stock recovery if memory serves me

Yeah it was vol down power, also anyone else having a problem with there battery draining faster than it should be? I think bit may be because I over clocked while on stock but maybe its a general zte avid problem?

What kernel are you using to overclock?

It was (on stock) and still is setcpu... I also used it on my admire, don't use it anymore because my batteries would go from 100 to 0 in 10 min, even ones I bought new, but I figured the games I was playing just overheated my phone too many times, idk I read about it when I just started learning how to root, I didnt research it up much, I just installed it and never looked back :p probably not too smart... maybe its a setcpu problem? Are there better overclocks?
