Root CM7 Nightlies

i am taking a break from CM for the weakened and trying out evervolv as requested by some people in another thread
ill tell ya this though its only the second and last day but i am already missing CM7
 
yeah they did man i am on my phone so i cant get the link now but if nobody has i will get it to ya after i am out of calss i have it saved on mt compouter

Thanks man! I'm still running RC1 for now, so whichever one is working with it would be great.
 
This may be a dumb question, but I see build #3 on the downloads for nightlies, but how come I'm seeing people posting about build#39 or 41. Is this a premium only thing?
 
im sticking with the former 40(now 1?) for now, probably until an rc2 and maybe even a stable release since rc1 didnt go over well for me and a lot of people. No need to switch for me unless something major happens.

For me, the nightlies are working out much better. Flashed #3 while I was in Costa Rica, and it's working great. Haven't tried everything out yet, but I'm happy so far, and it's very fast.
 
ahhh 5 is up just flashed it with my smartass kernel and it is running as smooth as butter
although there aint much bug finding left to be done ... bring on 2.4

So how did your weekend go away from CM7? How long did you last? lol
 
I keep getting a notification occasionally that I have lost data connection and am on international roaming. Uh.....I haven't left the country......ever. Any insight?
 
Is there a setting in the CM7 roms to customize the notification led? I would like it to blink more or stay solid on when i have a message. any ideas?

no way to speed it up or keep it solid, although i kind of remember that as an option in CM 6? You can just change the color from green to orange in CM settings>interface>LED notifications>Misc.
 
Thanks. Thats the only setting i found also. It would be a nice option. Can't complain though, it has been running pretty amazing.
