Root Cm9

I will be trying cm10 soon. I have gotten used to it on my acer a500 already. Also had it on my disconnected mt4g before I picked up the evo v. CM10 made the mt4g very fast compared to the stock rom that came with the evo v. Can't wait for it on the evo with the wimax working!

Hopefully this thread will remain active and I can follow how it's progressing!
 
Any advice on improving/calibrating the battery? I let the battery charge to 100% about 4355mv then used the calibrate app. I have also manually wiped the battery stats when it's fully charged from recovery. Lost about 30% over night and rapidly lost the rest in under an hour with the screen in.

Just Devils Toast, going to try the latest anthrax but was letting this die first to monitor it.
I'll post some screen shots in a min. When the battery hit 30% it dropped straight to 14% then stabilized some what
 
Here you can see a sharp drop. My battery drains rapidly when the screen is on and also went from 30% straight to 14%

Will update after a full cycle on anthrax 3.0.5. Also, it would be helpful if someone could check how many Mv is on their battery around 50% charged and/or around 10% charged.

Ok installed anthrax 3.0.5 and now the battery won't even charge. Battery icon indicates power source is plugged in but shows no percentage:confused:

On the anthrax kernel, there's a bug where both cores are at full throttle. You gotta switch governors then switch back. I love the smartass v2 gov.

It's charging ok now, hope it takes as long to discharge as it does to charge.

Is a reboot needed upon switching governors?

Im having same problem, with 0.7.4, only debugging is enable when plugged via usb, im not sure if you have to turn on mass storage somewhere in the settings menu, or if it's broken.
 
Btw, chad just released a kernel so that WiMAX won't reboot your phone and you can toggle it on/off without having to reboot to re-enable.

Soooo any devs here can pick up where agrabren left off?

Camera fc's on 0.7.4 when video recording is attempted. Not sure if it's rom side or kernel side.

Freaking sucks. Everyone knows agrabren has a problem with Chad why the Heck would go into his thread and start saying how amazing anthrax is? Hopefully someone will pick it up but seriously.... How stupid do you have to be?
 
Wow, I just read through the last few pages of that thread and it really makes me appreciate this place XDA sure does seem a lot more hostile.
