All, beware, last Sunday I wanted to return my Droid RAZR and get Nexus, my RAZR was slightly more than a month old since the time of purchase. Well, I figured Costco has 90 days for the full return on the phone. When I went to the phone booth, some little 19 yold told me that there is no way I can exchange my RAZR for Nexus as it past 30 days. I was speechless, on my question what is the 90 days for she said I can return phone in 90 days and get the same one, but not another phone. Um, I said your policy states that I can return phone for the full refund, yes she said we can refund your money, but you cannot buy different phone and you have to stay with the 2 year contract that you signed up for. WOW, I thought, time for the manager, turned out manager was under the same impression as I am - 90 days for the full return or exchange, but for some reason he called phone booth on the radio to confirm. That is when I was like "hello, you are the manager, shouldn't you know your store policies"? In any case he said he will take care of me on the exceptional basis and I can exchange my RAZR for Nexus. I was pissed, to say the least, I still think that this is little b..ch made up the rule of her own.
Just wanted to let everyone know that this maybe the case in your Costco too, just make sure they don't push you around for some made up rulles.
