Root CyanogenMOD 13 UNOFFICIAL Beta 2

View attachment 104983 View attachment 104984 No matter what I do I can't choose a different network preference...just flashed Metro 4.4.4 stock, and 4G worked, tried dirty flash of BrokenOS/CM13 and the problem persists, tried clean flash and the same thing...can't figure this out... also the radio band is set to GSM/UMTS and I can't choose a different one @hroark13 @Masterchief87 anyone, can you please upload your Ril as a flash able .zip file so I can test it to see if it solves my problem?

GoonDoc, I experienced the same thing... When I went to change the radio band, it's just STUCK on the one option, and does NOT allow selecting anything else. (The drop down menu box of choices doesn't select/drop down.)

The same goes for selecting the 'Preferred Network Type'... the 4G and/or LTE option not only doesn't exist, but of the 2 choices, 3G & 2G, it's 'stuck' on 3G, and you can't choose 2G.

PLEASE! We need a fix! My cell is my only source of internet, and it's PAINFUL not being able to get stable 4G connectivity.

Thank you.

I would suggest trying to fix it yourself or go back to stock!

I definitely have some bluetooth issues here. I tried connecting to an amazon echo and an insignia bluetooth speaker. both would only play for a half-second at a time, which i guess you could call stuttering

Same thing here, have to full reboot everytime it happens.

It seems like the Bluetooth issue is only happening to some of us, I think maybe 4 total people. Maybe we all have the same phone, meaning version. Mine is a metro and stock was modem B06. Never updated when it was stock. Maybe that is it. Just a thought.

I'm on Tmobile variant, and I updated while on stock

Nothing can be done its set like that by default I've tried too and nothing I'm good with LTE any ways lol

Not needed and I know how to fix. It doesn't need all that cmda stuff.

So that I can be sure that my interpretation of what is going on is correct... My understanding is that someone (dfuse06?) is going to fix this? Curious... will this be a fix just for the ROM named 'broken'? Or will it apply for other ROMs? Such as 'CM13', which is what I'm running.

I have a ZTE Zmax, running CM13 on the MetroPCS network, just FYI.

Thanks in advance to everyone for helping!

Nope , idk what the issues is. Isn't what I thought it was. I tried ,but no luck.

Thanks anyways. At least someone is trying! :)

Curious... Who is it that built/created CM13? Maybe they would have more of an idea, or can help?

Also, if the CM13 ROM that's out there, was a corrupted upload (which is what some have suggested), who originally put it out there? Can we ask that the CM13 ROM which was made available, for it to be verified that it was uploaded without corruption?

Thanks all!

Maybe @hroark13 can figure this out since he was the one who released it for the zmax.I'd be grateful if anyone could solve this.
I still don't fully understand the problem. Sometimes my service goes in and out , but after a full reboot it is fine. This happens if I don't shut off WiFi before I get out the WiFi range

I do have one more thing up my sleeve

I think there are two different issues, the Bluetooth one is solved by flashing another modem either b06 or some other one I don't remember now.And the other issue is the preferred network stuck in WCDMA Preferred (this is the issue I have, on stock Rom or butternoob I get 4G/LTE and I can switch to 2G or any other Network types, but with CM13 or BrokenOS I can't and also the radio band is stuck to GSM/UMTS)

I've added the config for Bluetooth back to the way 5.1.1 was and I'm working on something now for the network shit
