First the promo expired on May 4th, but that they might be willing to extend it to me, but because I'm not a new customer they couldn't. The promo only applies to brand new customers and not people renewing contracts. Couldn't speak with the internet orders department because they closed at 7pm. I'll have to call tomorrow and see if they'll give it to me.

damn. thats messed up. They should of given you the phone for free. I saw somewhere else in this thread that someone got it for free cause they didnt send it before the day they said.

I ordered mine 5/13, VZN put authorization hold on card 5/17 took the money 5/19.
I was told by a cs that my phone will be shipped by the 5/17 shipping schedule
Even tho I ordered on 5/13? And when I check the status online it says order date 5/13 and so does my order confirmation.

The ship dates are based on when the money was taken. I ordered on the 13th but my money was also taken on the 13th.
My DInc has been located about an hour away since Saturday. Totally assumed it would have been here yesterday bc its been there all weekend and this morning it still says its located in GR. Im starting to think it was lost.
Ha all that and I received it at 1 pm. Had my buddy hang out and pick it up. Now I have to wait all day for it. So excited.

Oh great, now I have 3 places to check every 5 minutes (this forum for news that orders from the 12th are shipping, regular email and now my spam folder).

Aren't they shipping BY June 15th? That can be (and has been) a big difference.
Why are all of you people assuming that the phones are going to ship "on" the "by" date when clearly that's not what's happening based on the reports in this thread?!

I ordered online on 5/12. Just received email and Fedex tracking info for delivery tomorrow. Shipping to the Boston area from West Chester, PA.
Your not the only one. Ordered 5/10 as well. The CSR's were stating the 26th or 29th up until last night. The 29th being a Saturday? wont quite fit in the picture. This morning I called the rep at the store and they said the 28th. Makes more sense but I would still prefer today. We'll just have to wait and see.
It would just be nice to have one date and to actually know the date. Yes, I realize they have been shipping out a little earlier then the proposed dates.
Someone just got their notification. I guess this proves your theory wrong. This is one time I am glad to actually say you were wrong. I just hope the notifications keep coming.
