Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Mine was ordered in the store on 5/12 and the Rep I spoke with said it probably won't ship until 5/29. Has anyone who ordered in the store on 5/10-5/12 received any shipping information? I know people who've ordered online have received shipping info.
 
At best buy lets say you have a contract already but only looking to upgrade can you still get the discounted price of the phone 200 bucks???
 
I ordered mine in store on 5/10 and am still waiting on shipping email. I was also told (the last time I called) that it would ship out the 26-29, so I'm really hoping to be in that window.

This give me some hope.. I ordered 5/13, In store.. Im in NJ.

Do in-store orders get email shipping alerts as well? They have my email so they can alert me when my bill is ready...

STOP POSTING THE DATE THAT REPS TOLD YOU!!!

Reps are just going by the suggested ship "by" date.. They know nothing about what warehouses have phones and who has been getting shipping notices... So just stop it. Thanks.. For example, I was going by a "ship by" date of June 1, when I called a rep the other day he said "uhhh June 9", becuase that is what the new "ship by" date was at that time....

Holy cow, calm down a few notches. People are just giving the latest info they received for shipment, not an execution. lol

Yes. However, what Best Buy doesn't honor the New Every Two (NE2) discount on your primary line, so the phone, if you find it (several Best Buy locations near me told of a recurring cycle where they'd only get about the same number of phones as they had pre-orders), will cost you $200 instead of $150.

hahah.. no worries man, super calm.. We are just lookin for actual ship dates here.. It seems that these "ship by" dates have been confusing some people who havent taken the time to read the whole thread
 
Mine was ordered on the 19th and they told me June 9th. Called back in today because I never got any confirmation email or anything, and they said the rep entered my email as none@.com (wtf). She said there is no way to fix it now that the order is placed but told me the due date was now June 10th....

It should be, because we already all know that the CS reps are full of it, and really don't know. I'd rather analyze the real data from people actually getting their devices and where they're located in the country. It's getting tiring of hearing..

I do understand what your saying, however most people are just posting hoping that they will get better info from someone else. I doubt they are trying to confuse people, everyone is tired of waiting. LOL

Seems like all the recent notifications are shipping from PA. :(

I ordered on 5/12, but I'm in IL, so I doubt it would come from PA. I assume it would be the Memphis location?
 
Just got mine! Ordered in store on 5/11 in Cambridge, MA. Didn't get any email notification, so it was totally a surprise! Phone shipped from West Chester, PA.

The guy in the store told me 2 weeks--he was right on the money.
 
All these phones going out from West Chester are giving me a sneaking suspicion that I may be recieving my phone before the weekend.....

Read through the recent postings. You'll see that May 10, 11, and 12th orders are being worked now. When you see May 13th orders going out, you'll now that May 14th orders are soon to come.
 
I ordered mine via phone on 5/13 and nothing yet. Looks like some folks who ordered on 5/12 are getting their shipping emails today. If that trend continues, I should get my ship email tomorrow (fingers crossed).

Me too. If we don't get our notice tomorrow, than it'll be too late to get the phones before the weekend.
