By gbiggie and anyone else I think I have found away, should be commend since lol but what I did was just let it BootLoop and eventually after like a couPle if minues it booted uP :) and it is LOOKING GOOOOODDDD.!!!!!!
 
Launcher is really the only thing laggy and is what bring the twitchiness to the rest of the UI. If we can fix this, the rest of the system should be smoother.
 
well i got it to run pretty okay. launcher was good. swiped left and right easily. went into settings pretty fast. and it scrolled smoothly. than i unchecked surface dithering and rebooted. it rebooted fine and it was pretty okay. just couldnt access any apps and settings would crash if i tried to go into further settings. i was trying to make adw into default launcher to see if it would increase speed. but i gave up and went back to my old rom ha.
 
After trying this i think ice cream sandwich taste better than gingerbread lol. And yeah the launcher was the only thing that made it twitchy and laggy. if you went to any other app that was able to open then it would scroll smoothly.
 
I tried it out its cool to me that it works at all good work pg I got as far as heretic i just let it suit for a minute before messing with it

backing up my current rom and im gonna try this new alpha build. are the radios working yet? if the launcher is the only thing laggy wouldnt you be able just to use another one? or am i thinking to simplistic?
 
just got it installed and yeah its laggy! cant wait till its my daily driver! i remember the first time i installed cm7 on my optimus. i was the most happy person in the world! well today is even better than that! ics! vanilla flavor! lol
 
Fixer it lol. Anyway good job pg.and like they said lagy interface but I'm sure thatl be fixed. But what about the hardware buttons?

market comes with gapps, w/o radios gapps wont do any good tho ;) but yes there are gapps for it.
