Root {DISCONTINUED}MegaTron 6.2.5 (Updated 7/13/13)

great rom chev an mav! the wait was well worth it! first chance i get a few extra dollars i'll definitely send it your way.

because of megatron i didn't have to re-install 2 apps i used with shevron: No Lock and Droid Light. think there was a 3rd but im drawing a blank atm.

thanks for link2sd also! great app.

I'll tried to reflash 2 times but it gets stuck at Wiping Data/.System/Cache:mad:
So i'll redownload hope this works!!!

Good point. I'll get right to it. It's too bad the forums here aren't organized a little like over at droidforums.com or .net, i forget which. But each ROM gets its own sub-forum, and sometimes there's even sub-forums for things like themes for the particular ROM they're made for. Helps keep things organized...but anyway, i better get to it :p
 
Update Notice:

MegaTron has been updated to version 6.0.2 with some bug fixes and new things added. This links in Mavrikeercat Thread has not been updated and you can only download this update via OTA for now. If you would like to do so please open up the Goo manager app and tap check for updates. If you we're working on a theme for MegaTron dont worry, nothing has been changed to the framework-res.apk and Systemui.apk so continue making your theme. "Just a tip for the Themer's out there, remember to use the framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from the "StockTheme.zip" in Mavrikmeercat's thread when making a theme.

Quick question about themes. Can I go from theme to theme to theme without worry of cluttering up this awesome rom? Simply put, does flashing a new theme completely wipe out the previous theme? Thanks.

Yes flash any themes you want it wont/shouldnt affect the rom is anyway and yess each thene will wipe the other theme out completely.
 
Hey Chev, when I try downloading the update from Goo Manager, as soon as the file is supposed to download, the goo.im notification says "Download errored". Any ideas?
 
Thanks again, Chev. Rebooting the phone did the trick. Now to check out the latest and greatest Megatron yet :p
 
First of all, I want to say thank you for making this phone better by the day. I am simply amazed by the pure brillance and effort you guys put into this phone. So thank you. I also have a couple of questions. What would you recommend as a setting for overclocking? Over clocking is a first for me. I was also curious if anyone used a sd booster. I remember using one for the prevail back in the day. If so, any suggestions on a booster and what settings do you use? Thanks again.
