Root [DISCONTINUED][ROM][5.1.1][MS345] Unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 for LG Leon

Great going on this cm development, I'm very happy to say that I've installed cm on my LG Leon just fine thanks to the LEPT ppl, so thank you guys very much and every other tester out there too for confirming that it does indeed work as long as you follow the directions correctly!!! Overall its very stable for me, the camera doesn't work everytime (usually just crashes, gotten it to work like 3 times on accident) but i don't even use it really so no worries on that, its just the battery calibration is way off, but who cares??? I've cm12 installed on my phone!!!

Hey everyone. Kinda curious as to how the different kernel thats been stated works and where/if to get it or not. I may be blind and overlooked the answer in this thread and if so, I apologize. If anyone has any feedback on what's different on it and if its stable, I'd be glad to hear it. Thank you everyone (devs too) and as always, i hope you have a nice day/night.

First, let me apologize for any annoyances I might create in advance. I followed the instructions perfectly, except I have ms36510d and not b. At the moment, the phone is doing the looping thing and the reason why I believe is that whenever the phone turns on and gets of the Metro PCS network, it reboots. Sometimes it will stop rebooting and be perfectly fine but I have no network service at all. I have wiped, reflashed and everything else what was talked about in this thread, so I can only assume that there is no possible fix for this at moment. Which brings me to my question: Does anyone have any idea where I could possibly get a ms36510b file? That would make me the happiest man on earth. Thank you.

Wow, I feel really stupid....forget every single thing that I wrote. The phone was only restarting because the gps was automatically on and that cause a constant reboot cycle -_- I should've came on to that sooner. Is there a fix for the GPS? I haven't bothered to look through this forum in regards to that.

edit: actually there is a kind of work around for maps if you need to use device GPS. Switch GPS to battery saving, find an address and when it prompts you to 'improve accuracy,' just click yes. Works every time. I should also mention that you must be in battery saving BEFORE opening maps. It seems it only crashes if you OPEN an app that requests device GPS straight away. Use battery saver mode on GPS to avoid this, then switch to high accuracy after you've already opened the app.

Seriously this must be an absolutely thankless task, so I'll start with a quick display of gratitude and respect - Thanks again to Mr. Honcho, who is The Man. Noobified, same goes for you, sir. Personally, I still don't regret throwing this "device" into a cement wall. So, after taking some time away from learning and bricking LG's (R.I.P. LS740) I decided to mess around with my shattered Leon once more. I redownloaded this ROM and Gapps and flashed them yesterday (after deliberately wiping the OS and SD card containing the backups so I'd stop obsessing and do something more productive/less destructive) and unlike before, it seemed to run smooth, no lag, no random reboots, etc. It did start FC'ing apps more and more by this morning so I wanted to ask if there's any glaringly obvious reasoning for this 180 degree shift in behavior (possibly cement wall related) or maybe just the fickle nature of this troublesome device? I'm using a Lumia 640 as my primary phone but plan to get another Android by year's end so please don't let my query distract from those who need help with their active primary phone - I'm just trying to soak up as much experience from my old devices in any way possible. Sorry for the long post. It's my thing. I'm always open to a pm if it distracts from the main thread here. THANKS AGAIN.

Thank you so much. I do have one last thing though. Do you or anyone else here know where I can get an updated radio for this ROM so I could enhance my reception?

Thanks for the update, wiped my phone and updated thanks for everything man WE really appreciate it!!! Keep up that good work you're almost there!!!

OK so I'm very glad to c that when i plug my phone into my computer, via usb charger, my phone doesn't crash anymore and reset so thats excellent news, just one question is how to adb, if even possible right now

Just flashed the new build onto my T-Mobile variant, and everything works as fine, with the exceptions of the bugs which have already been mentioned.

Thank you once again to @MikeHoncho and @Noobified (and anyone else I'm missing out).

What exactly is wrong with GPS? I never had any problems with it before this last build (which I haven't flashed yet) as a matter of fact I drove 47 miles on it just yesterday with no problems whatsoever. Thanks for the update BTW I'm flashing right now :)

I am having two problems: I have no camera at all now (and no flashlight) and battery is dying faster than ever. I did a clean install.

I'm having the same issue. My torch isn't available via the notification bar, and when set as a button it force reboots. My camera isn't working at ALL either.... boo :( I clean installed for a buggier version..... I am waiting to see if the CPU fix has fixed my issues as I often couldn't answer calls or respond to texts as promptly as I had liked on the previous release.

Battery percentage working perfectly here. Smoother and more responsive than previous build. Also...NO TOUCH BOOST! *happy dance*
Good going @Noobified. Guess the only elephant the room is when can we have our camera back?
