Root [DISCONTINUED][ROM][5.1.1][MS345] Unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 for LG Leon

I'm back, this ROM is rather functional with the new kernel and some personal tweeks it seems stable. Still a few bugs here and there but it is operational. No major issues to report. Thanks to everyone for their work on this device.

What kind of tweaks did you do? Did it help with the battery bug at all?
 
Is anybody else having the issue with the blue TWRP not mounting? I am using flashify to install but when I go to reboot into recovery it just restarts the phone like normal. I originally had the yellow TWRP, if that makes a difference.

Try going through the setup on a fresh install with no gapps. That should help. The first time it random reboots get ready to fly through setup, don't select wifi until you get past setup wizard.

I got through initial setup, but now it just keeps rebooting on the home screen. Any more advice?

Battery is stable but charging and the battery meter don't quite show up 100%. As far as tweeks, I got rid of the Google launcher and replaced it with the Nova launcher and I always add Optimus for android for memory. In general this ROM has become a daily driver a few more improvements and it will be perfect.

Thanks for replying. I'll try that setup you have. I've never heard of that app, but I'll try it. Thanks again for the reply :)
 
Ya had the same issues with yellow Twrp if u have the Leon u need blue Twrp there is a link in twrp for Lg Leon it will be blue with bright blue buttons. The major issue is battery, with this device and kingroot. Let's hope we can run a ROM that has better battery statistics
 
When charging the battery on the ROM wait a while after plugging in the charger and reboot the phone you will be able to see the battery percentage change. It is fairly simple but the only way I can see the percentage number change. I do have a question is there a way to import contacts from stock into this ROM without having to enter them manually?

Ya go into you're contacts and hit sync contacts and as long as there under you're Google account they will pop right up. Or put em on you're sim they should always be right there. And real quick before Earlymon or somebody else has to tell me to keep on topic which I'm not arguing. But just remember this you can go back in time a lil if you will not sure the time frames window anymore but you can go back in time if you will, "Google time" and get you're contacts back that way aswell. Basically Google reverts back to when it had you're contacts you can choose to how far you wanna go back in googles time and grab what might have been earased. Did it on the Leon as well.

Google sync? I save all my contacts to my Google account, than my hotmail/Skype/phone all sync off of that. Just make sure you save the contact to Google or u may lose an important number or 2.... Like I lost my gfs number, luckily she texted me b4 I had to ask again like a dumbass, she Neva knew ;)

I think u can also export your contacts into a file and add it to ur new install afterwards.

If you already installed and want to use ur contacts from the stock is, ur Sol, u wiped it with the factory reset.
 
So the kernel comes built with a zip I extract in order to use? No flashing? I guess I jus don't get where you're kindly trying to point me.
 
How would I be able to get the battery percentage of the LG tones on this rom? I really liked that feature on the stock and would love it on this one.
