hmmmm i was a Milwaukee's Best kinda guy (was cheap). 96 dollars for a full keg!! Although i haven't drank since 06:cool:

No worries, it's only week one, who knows how things will change in a few weeks ;)

And Milwaukee's Beast? Surely you've had the cheapest beer imaginable? That is of course Natural Ice! Or Natty Ice as I like to call it ;)
 
Can't.. I have to work until 9 pm. had a half of a bagel and cream cheese for b'fast and the other half for lunch. Going to go home and eat something. Then play on here, watch tv and hit the sack. Work is over in 12 minutes..thankfully. Phew.

Yea but when I was in high school I couldn't get anything cheaper by the keg:D

Im REALLY itching to try some absinthe. Im not a booze drinker at all, but I have a fond interest in trying that shit out. Too bad is so looked down on here.

Ok so my Macbook Pro decided it was going to go black screen(no screen or lit keyboard) again tonight. Im a little worried this time. It happened a few nights ago and came back the following morning but this time I dunno if its something more. Im hoping it will come back after I drain the battery and plug it back in. Its odd, it happened RIGHT after I installed Chrome (Which I REALLY like) so maybe that has something to do with it. Have you guys encountered this problem on your Macbook? And please no apple hating.

Sorry, but I haven't owned an Apple product since the 2E. :)

Too bad it's not a PC because then you could take it just about anywhere and have it serviced!

I actually have a GREAT Apple repair shop nearby that Im going to take it to tomorrow. Hopefully everything will be cool! I know this sounds weird but I kinda bonded with that laptop. Like Ive had more than my fair share of pc's and such but this macbook just FEELS right, even though its not "open" or anything like that.

Like I said before, I HATE apple's business model but they do know how to make someone fall in love with their products. And no, its not ALL about marketing. Just sayin' :P

Congrats!

Driving in to work today and round the corner on the freeway only to find traffic stopped:mad:. Of course, I just passed an off ramp that I could have used to get around the jam and it took 20 minutes to get to the next one 10 blocks further down:mad:. Luckily, I have a lot of leniency in my work schedule;).
 
Anyone having issues with the Calendar not syncing with Exchange? I have a user that when he tries to sync it will pull up all these reminders on his outlook client and put duplicate entries in the calendar. Then the Cred gets a connection socket timeout error. Mail and contacts sync fine. I have no issue and others don't as well.
Ideas?

I got down to the store and I FREAKED!!! IT wasnt there!! I was was so scared that my mac store was gone, but found out they just moved down a few store fronts and thier sign wasnt up yet. Regardless, I gave them my mac and they were dumbfounded about what happened but they would check it out further and get back to me on thursday. Im just hoping my warranty is still going or else Im going to be screwed.

Also I THINK I have the oppertunity to call Apple up and talk about thier lemon policy. Ive sent this thing in SO many times that I think it will qualify as a lemon. If so they will send me a brand new model. That would be awesome!! Course Im not holding my breath on that too.
