meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen

I used to live about five minutes from Dodger stadium in L.A. We went to a lot of games and a few "old timers days". That was back when Kolfax, Drysdale, Gilliam, would show up. It was before my son was born so I never got to take him.

wow. the greats!

No kidding.. the best of our era. I got to see Bo Jackson play and saw a couple of the 85 Royal games... the year they won it all. George Brett, Willie Wilson, Franks White, Hal McRae, Dan Quisenberry, and Bret Saberhagen,

I've never actually been inside a major league park, not even when I lived in Colorado.

I've been there and I don't even live in Colorado.

Comfortable venue and a hitter's park.

Never been to major league game.

I'm calling on everybody - will someone please take this poor soul out to the ball game?

i'm going to yankee stadium this sunday for old timer's day. (special). If you make to NYC I'll spend the 100 for the field level seat for you. #nojoke

There is nothing quite like being at the ballpark. The experience goes way beyond the game. Our local stadium hosts the NBC tournament every year. It's cheap to attend and a real fun level of ball to watch. Me and my kids have some great memories from there.
Every year since I can remember they have a segment of games they call baseball around the clock. They have 17 games in a row that takes around 56 hours. The challenge is to sign up for the event and survive the event. Every hour or two they make all the contestants sign in and prove they are still there and alive lol. All four of my children completed the challenge. Dear ol dad has never made it. Even as a kid.. nope.
The deal is, there is always something going on at the ballpark. The games are fun and so are the fans. It's a must do experience.
