DX2 is nice

im a one forum kinda guy lol :p i couldnt for the life of me try to be on multiple forums, i like these guys much better than any other forum :p

Really?
To me, the X2 looks better. Viewing angles are much better, the display is brighter so it's more usable outside, text rendering is much better thanks to the higher resolution and RGBW layout, and the contrast is higher making colors pop more. The numbers back this up.

Motorola never said that the D3 would have an unlocked bootloader...so im not sure how they lied to you...

when moto says they are going to work with developers to come up with a solution, and just saying that as a PR.

so far the atrix has been unlocked
and the xoom is lockable/unlockable. so how do you think the d3 being locked isnt a slap in the face?

granted we do not know if its encrypted, as from birdman it could work through the fastboot method. and if thats the case then i will retract my statement...

The only reason the Xoom is lockable/unlockable is because it's controlled by Google, the Atrix is looking more like an anomaly right now.....we'll see how things turn out.

which is true, but the d3 may also follow suit to the atrix, what im wondering if the atrix is just going to be the only one for moto to unlock via an update to calm the minds of devs and to make them think they have in fact changed their ways.. no telling though

It's true that it may follow suit, but the D3 doesn't interest me, I'm more interested in the Bionic (which I most likely will not end up getting) and in the Nexus Prime if indeed Moto ends up making this phone.
