Eris to v2.x, when?

Bad Information, Report that 2.1 was leaked for Eris in the "Wild" a few hours ago, turns out to be a system.rar file for the Moto Droid. Great if we had a root and wana cook your own rom, not much help for us waiting for our OTA.
 
after looking at some of the files i cant really tell what the sys. file is for on the contributions page it lists htc i don't know why htc would be listed if it is for the moto droid
