Root Esteem devs, themers and OG's to SGS3

Well first I would take it out to dinner than go on a walk on the beach, etc. ;)

But in all seriousness I would look at all the cool things it has. Now if Metro offered the One S then I would buy it instead if the s3

Probably $500. Worst of all, you'll be paying for a watered down version of the S3, and a bad one at that. If you're going to drop that kind of money, get the one from a decent provider, like T-Mobile. I'm sure as Hell not going to stick around for CM9 or a decent phone to eventually come out -- switch now.
 
The one at the verison(unlocked bootloader) cost $600. And I go with 400-450 at most(not including the mir)

You will pay the difference and then some with that monthly payment.

I personally don't mind spending 500 on a phone cause i will still be paying 40 a month.

Plus, way back in the day before some of you kiddies were born, we used to have to pay about 500 for a good Nextel and then pay 100 a month. And you only got that phone once you passed their credit check. Lol. Ahhhh the good ole days.
 
I still don't see why people are saying Metro is getting the S III. Anyone have a link that provides something more encouraging than the fact that Metro was listed as a carrier on the register page for updates??? ;)

Also, I can't see Metro picking this up unless it's an extremely watered down version of this phone that they can sell for less than $400. In which case I wouldn't even want it.

No one is saying the s3 IS coming. The entire thread is based on if it did come to metro would you buy it. But I agree I couldn't see them selling it for more than $400. MetroPCS customers are known for getting cheap phones that get straight to the point. The people that actually care about phone specs are here, or were here lol. So it should be interesting to see what they do.

I hear you Fuzzy, these kids wouldn't know what to do if we were stuck back in those days. Say bag phone to anyone under 30 and they have no idea what you are talking about,lol.
 
Lol that's funny that you say that my niece was looking at pictures of me in HS and I had a phone clipped to me and she said what the hell is that when I told her it was a phone she couldn't stop laughing and saying how big it was lol
I have spent more money on good phones then shoes lol

My highlight was my bad ass modded pager in 8th grade that i would "accidentally" make go off so everyone would know i had a pager.

I just left metro down here in fl... I asked about the s3 an she told me metro is getting it in october an it be $500, I'm like are u serious? She said "hell yea!!"

I CANT WAIT!!!!! I'm in the parking lot typing this! I feel like a damn school girl happy as hell like I found out about some dumb school girl gossip!!! Please no one ruin my moment by saying "metro employees don't know yada yada yada" I will save money while I wait an see. Lol.

The rumors are hot one thing we can do is to post on their Facebook Page they usually listen and take care of issues there
 
Who, the Heck is now trolling, if you feel you need to cut and paste a fellow members text here to verify something with "facebook metropcs team," you need to understand something, people here that help one and another DO NOT TROLL, get a dang life and quit taking this forum as a bed of knowledge,

I have seen people taking peoples quotes from here,
Making how to videos and claiming they made roms, or themes, by editing the cwm text, COMMON now.

am I the only one seeing this?

Was the directed to me? I by no means trolling I just suggested that we can ask metro in their Facebook Page that we will like to see a s3 on their lineup sorry if it wasn't directed to me but just in case I wanted to make my point clear

I got a pop up on my Facebook page, which someone " for " stated what Heavyweightgd6 said, I, am not one to get annoyed so easy but trolling, stalking, bad mouthing someone, is something I cant stand, Ive been around a few forums under different phones, and never have I been apart of a close group so trolls, can get up out of here,
