from my droid while im surfing and texting at the same time with no conflicts at all.And i can catch a charge if i like thru the usb while im at it if i need with no interruption

Wait for it ....... POCKET

Lets me click on websites on my computer and it saves and synchs the content to my tablet (wifi only) for off line reading..

Brilliant.

I tried using it when it was Read It later. Maybe I had it configured wrong, but for my phone it always needs to connect to the internet to download the information for me to read. In my eyes, it kind of defeats the purpose. It should download to my phone when there is a connection for reading offline.

To find cheap gas stations.... my new favorite app= GasBuddy
I should automatically just go to any Costco, Arco or Safeway gas station without an app ha ha.

Found a really cool app today!!! Haven't tried it but somone in the SGS3 Forum posted it.

It's called Stick it! and it allows you to move your video anywhere on your screen!!! No need to port THAT feature from the SGS3!!!

That looks pretty cool. So you can play a video on top of any other app from the looks of it??

Yes :) I think this is good for tablets vs. phones, lol with the larger screen real estate.

Yeah I can see it being really nice tablets. I don't think I would use it on my phone, but I'll keep in mind when I replace my iPad with an Android tablet in a few months

a lot of people on these phone, people with the Nexus and other 4G phones, hate it and find it to be a waste of money. Better off just getting an app that tells you what is using the most battery.

It is obvious: the most battery wasters for Android phones are applications and services that using connectivity for check for updates, synchronize stuff. If your special app will tell you about this, then what you will do? You cannot uninstall built-in apps and services like google, facebook, etc. Therefore the Juice Defender will do simple work for you: cut of wi-fi, 2/3/4G when screen is off. And this functionality is the key point of saving your phone battery. The rest of the features of Juice Defender like task killing, brightness adjustment etc.. are almost useless. These ones will give you maybe +5% of battery time, but user can easily lost in Juice Defender settings. Personally me prefer Long Battery Life app, which simply do this job by cutting connections when I am not wish to be connected (screen is off) and not aware of it. -IMHO

I have been waiting on an app that could back up my mp3's and video for safe keeping so when i need a restore, all i have to do is reload my saved mp3s and videos right from the android instead of having to connect to my computer to transfer things back onto the device.

My Backup Pro has updated their app to do just that!!!

This is nice, but doesn't music and pictures automatically store on sd card? (I am anal and have backups of backups.....)

True but those are the actual files and this new feature comes in handy when ib want to reload videos or mp3s that long since may have been deleted but saved in one of your old backups.

What are your thoughts on Juice Defender Ultimate for $4.99?

I have a few friends that say its the best battery saver app out there.

What are some other great ones, either Free or Paid

Total waste of money. I got a longer battery life when I uninstalled it. The Android system obviously manages the battery better.
