Favorite App so far.... Developers please see link to Announcements above.

As a Scots guy I got quite excited by the sound of this... it wasn't quite what I hoped though. :D

But as a lover of the feathered type of birds too I am keen to instal the app ... the only thing is it says it's not downloadable in my country. Is this a USA only app?

Im not sure if its just an USA thing I found it by accident after I saw this post by another member. This could be usefull to you

"I am just gonna add one more - its not a useful work or money saving app but it is great : birds UK by crispythinking. So fab at this time of the year ... has the most common UK birds with picture, blurb and song. V cool if u r out in the park and want to be able to tell a bluetit from a bullfinch etc....:-) "

Hey thanks for that. Your post inspired me to buy this one though -> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.birds.britain&hl=en

... looks ok so far.

Oh I forgot to mention mobile lookout security. It does back up your pics, data, calls & contacts. I'm rooted and have titanium backup pro & dropbox that backs all my stuff my stuff up, but i'm OCD & can't have too many backups ups lol. But mobile security scans any apps that you download from the store to make sure they're ok. It performs safe browsing & if you download anything from 4shared you really need this. I downloaded something yesterday & it told me it was full of malware

Me too! I am crazy about the card game. I have bought many sets after losing a card or two from a previous pack. Yup! I got the 99cent version today! I wanted to play "Free" first to see what the difference would be.

The free version only allows two levels only with the rest of the levels locked. I agree, it would be nice if you could play other live persons.

what is the purpose for developing the app to ask to link to Twitter?

I have no idea, I never link any apps to twitter. I don't tweet at all either. I only user twitter to follow news, sports, developers, etc

here is an app that is pretty giood I think, It is called Multicon.
It basically lets you have 4 app icons in the space of 1 normal size app icon.

I like for I like the big beautiful widgets widget on my screen top, and a battery meter widget. This doesn't leave room for but about 4 more app shortcuts. With multicon, I can have 16 app shortcuts in the same space as 4 normal size apps.

As mentioned my favorite app is AppAware :

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appaware

It find new apps and games every day and personalize for me very successfully. If you add friends it gets even better. Plus the apps improves practically every day.

The best thing is the devs - these guys are super open and responsive. They offer great info & widgets for bloggers, wish everyone kept android so open. :)

AT&T Galaxy S2 users on 2.3.6 (myself included) would strongly disagree with that assessment....

Not I. I can use my phone regularly during the day and have 30% + left when I go to bed. Knowing more about what uses battery power is a bonus.

I ran across Camera 360 not long ago. It's at the top of my camera app list. Here are some others I have registered or keep installing:

Tasker
Soundhound
GTunes
Vlingo
Evernote
Mixzing
QuickPic
Logmein Ignition
Airdroid
Dropbox
Photo Tools
Photo Editor
Go Launcher
Zedge
Pandora
Titanium Backup
Smart Keyboard

And the latest gimmick app is Assistant, similar to Siri.

Yes! I use this app and it is VERY handy when you want to consolidate space on your home screens. YOu get to have more apps/icons on screen and it doesnt look cramped at all!
