Future phones for Virgin Mobile USA?

The triumph is not dual core, nor will it ever have ics.

CM9 is already good enough for daily use. I use the camera quite a bit so I decided to go back to MIUI.

I've always liked the look of iPhones but preferred the Android system...so I got the best of both worlds. Running the speed demon kernel and have it over clocked to 1.5 GHz so this phone FLIES. I consistently get around 2500-2700 on Quadrant and got as high as 2900.

Got the Triumph the first week it was released in Target and got a $50 gift card with it and I had no issues whatsoever like a lot of reviews that I read.

Like CraZdude said, the one V is not dual-core either, and as far as ics, never say never.

It seems like there are a number of different rumors flying around about new phones. Is it possible that these phones will all have 4G capability and potentially replace all of the existing phones in the VM lineup?

I don't have the link offhand, but I read that Sprint was working to bring 4g to Virgin and Boost, though I imagine that could be quite a while away.

O man. The Venture is now on Virgin Mobiles website. Why o why. That phone is so mediocre. Does it seem like they are backtracking or what? Please give us something good asap. Boost and the Marquee are looking better everyday.

the marquee and zte warp would be my first choices for boostmobile,..just for the 4.0''+ screen...virgin mobile needs a 4.0'' screen phone made by LG,Motorola,or HTC..and be able to hang with a top notch sprint/verizon phones...

I broke my wildfire s, so now im looking at the triumph...had one before but a dumb mistake happened...i can get one for $229 on amazon but want to wait a couple of months to see if VMUSA releases anything good

The one V is all show no go,..too much bull$h1t to call it a phone more like a mp3 player with calling capabilities,..i dont care for the beats audio and 4gb of internal storage, when it only has 1gh single core processor...i can see that phone being outdated within a couple of months, if VMUSA gets it..in the brown color ill get it maybe

what ever phone comes to vm i hope its a good phone and better then whats out now
better spec wise and doesnt have problems like the triumph does guess we will see what happens hope vm listens to us and takes our advice

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the Evo 3D apparently has one gigabyte of RAM which would be a considerable upgrade in my opinion. The HTC One V still has 512mb of RAM as the Triumph does but has double the internal memory (4GB)
The Triumph has great specs but the stability of it was kinda disappointing. Hopefully the One V will finally be a stable phone to compete with the Triumph.

The Evo 3d has 1gb of ram and a 1.2 ghz dual-core processor.

Should Virgin Mobile pick up the HTC EVO 3D and/or HTC One V, any guesses on a potential price drop for the Motorola Triumph say this summer? Currently it is $279 on the VM website and $209 on Amazon. If HTC One V really does drop for $200, can we expect the Motorola Triumph to be below that?

I could expect them to drop it completely... I wouldn't be all that surprised that if/ when they get the Evo and One V that they just discontinue the MT so they would probably drop the price to get rid of inventory then after that no more MT. Well from VM at least...
