Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

I use Daily Steals all the time. Takes awhile to get your stuff, but you always get it and I have no issue with them.

As for headsets: I have a cheap SoundBot SB-220 BT stereo headset. No syncing issue at all. Everything is dead on synced, and sounds great. Not bad for $20 :)

One of our legit votes in DC was today: for the primary of DC Mayor (it's always going to be a Dem, don't know why they bother on a final vote in Nov). Got in and out in just a few minutes. :)

Well, at least you voted. Thanks for doing your civic duty!

Even the presidential vote is pretty pointless. I think I voted for the Lib. candidate last go around. I looked long and hard around the country and couldn't even find a county that got more % for Obama than DC did (it was ~90% IRRC). And Norton, our shadow rep., won't be defeated. So, what's left is voting for Mayor, that's about all we got. :(

Another set top box. It is nice and everything. Cheap. And will have mediocre games.

TV manufactures should stop with all the smart TVs. I would think most people use their set top box or their game system? I use my PS4. I purchased my TV just before smart TVs.

Rumor of Moto360 costing $149.99 for the first 30 days. My days of not wearing a watch might be over if that happens. That watch is sexy and is what a smart watch should be, in my opinion.

The more time goes on, the more I find that I want less smart stuff. Simply make things that work well with the smart stuff I already have. Like the Chromecast. Seriously, it is $35 retail, what would it cost to integrate it into a TV?

That would be nice. Last season was awesome! Went to the last game of the NLDS and it was very exciting!

That must have been crazy. The Steelers had a down year and it was the first playoffs in 20 some odd years for the Pirates. It's a beautiful park on TV, I'm glad to see a team that deserves it.:thumb:

We like going to see Nats' games when we can. Not a fan, but it's a nice stadium and a quick Metro ride there (plus you can usually get $4 tickets on game day :)).

Heading to the doc again tomorrow. Seems like things are getting better, but worse at the same time. :o

I heard the iPhone 6 will have a stunning 480p 4" screen instead of the usual 3.5" VGA screen! It'll be a technological revolution!

:p

I remember the days when iFruit was innovating and Android was new and catching up. My, how the tables have turned! Now Android is innovating and the iFruit seems to be in full defense. They now seem better at litigation than innovation.

As popular as iFruit is, you would think that the two systems could get along with their very similar but very different ecosystems and demographic markets. But they can't. Like young siblings, they love to hate each other and hate to love each other. But without the other in stark contrast, neither would be half what they are.

Let's just merge with iphoneforums.com and have a BIG GROUP HUG!

:D

iTunes is coming to Android.

That's a big money maker for Apple and all the merging I want to see. :p

The Android project was started before the iPhone.

And it still manages to avoid doing wrong most of what iOS has always gotten wrong.

At each iPhone release since the iPhone 4, my existing Android has done more and had their "new" features already.

The only thing that Android has taken from the iPhone is market share.

In my opinion.

My iSheep friend was needling me about the new 5.5" iPhone phablet coming this September, and told me that now it would be perfect (this was after judging my Note 3 "too big, you idiot!" when I compared it with his iPhone 5s).

Now the iPhablet has been delayed. Surprise surprise.
