Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Evan just called Captain Ron to say thanks. Very nice conversation except Evan said what he wanted and handed the phone back to me while Ron was talking. I wouldn't hesitate to do that type of swap again. I failed to mention ealier that he used navigation maps as wrapping paper, and on one of them, located our house. Evan loved that.

That was a great phone call. You're s good dad teaching Evan proper manners.

EDIT: Hey can I ask you all a quick question about THEMES?

I have never themed a phone before, so I'm a bit perplexed. Yes, Xenon 5 is great and rocking a theme chooser. Yayyy. I now know that I have to DL and install themes from Play. But when I go to Play, virtually every theme there is for T-Mobile devices. Does that matter? Will the appearance of the phone actually change the operation of the radios? Or is it for all Nexi and the dev is trying to confuse me?

Which is very easy to do today :p

As I understand it, T-Mobile made some type of theme chooser or someone did it for them, that all the devs are copying it and adding it to their ROMs. So you can just DL the theme and apply it instead of having to flash it.

Pup, get off of here and lay low!
I'm trying to maintain here at work. Been a struggle to get through and I'd love to just leave. Not a good day at all. :(

My grandma and my mom taught me manners. I have done my best to pass that on. He is a good kid, and will never expect anything for free.;)

He was very persistent and actually asked me to call you Ron. He asked "Do you have his phone number daddy?" I'm very happy you answered. Thank you.

So I was replying to this post when my GNex died! Oh well, I have an N7!

I will try to recreate what I was saying.

As I keep reading posts about the events surrounding Evan and el CapitanRon my heart warms as a father. Coming from where I did, I am a proud father and am sincerely honored to keep company with folks like you and my other friends here in this forum.

I hope the rest of your birthday is enjoyable Pup!

Thanks for being my buddy y'alls!

A little bored. So I wrote this....

Coming from a dark problematic indiffernce. Not sure if there is an existance in all the innocence? Fighting through all the overpowering pestilence. Coming to a conclusion of never ending confusion. Always wondering if it is an illusion? I want to defend to the very end. But I can't pretend. When will the time come for the unrooting of delusion? I would say never for the world we live in.

That's inspiringly poetic/philosophical, I like it.

Good morning everyone!

My girlfriend's grandma flew in from Arizona on Friday and surprised her for her birthday. I had known for a while, but didn't slip at all - very proud of myself. My mom and brother came over to my apartment Sunday to visit and see my new place.

Very relaxing weekend though, and now its Monday and I am le tired.

Morning all and happy belated Pup!!

I wanted to second the fatherly pride is raising children...I received a huge compliment at a store recently when the employee compared how well behaved my children were compared to other children that were in the store....makes you swell (secretly) with pride to know you are doing the right thing....to Pup: I am honored to watch from afar, how Evan has reacted to his prizes and to see how he has been raised, and watch the friendly folks here make his day!! And to Capn...I know I said this before, but it takes a special person to make a kids day like that.
Thank you all for reminding us all how we can be a community!!!

Oh yeah..its Monday. And the dog got skunked at 4:30am PST today...lots of fun cleaning up. I still hear the danged thing in the backyard....dang it, gotta chase it off.....
