Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

That phone needs a bigger battery. I don't care about slim phones. I want one that will last all day without having to worry if you are using it too much.

Yeah, 2020 mAh, not sure how that is going to hold up. My GNex has the 2100, and its not great by any means. Also only 16GB with no microSD card slot...

16GB is plenty for me, I know it isn't for some though. However, for any phone with a large screen, 2500mAh should be the standard, especially with LTE on-board.

Ah, I see they moved to an integrated LTE chip on the SOC. Should be a nice improvement.

Edit: Phone envy setting in.

Oh yeah, especially chatting with NA about it, it sounds awesome! I WANT it!

P.S. Massive gridlock for those trying to order Nexus 4 :(

Whatever happened to the possibility of more than one Nexus phone? That talk has died down ever since the announcement of the N4.

I want to get my mom a new phone before the end of the year and the DNA might be a possibility? Along with the S3, Note 2 and iPhone 5.

I think the moral of the story us that Google is undependable when it comes to launching products. Nexus 4 sells out this quick with no preorders, the whole mess with the nexus 7 tablet shipping fiasco, the Verizon galaxy nexus mess, and the nexus q never even fully launched.

Yeah, you would think they would learn, but to be honest, I get the feeling Google dumps all their money into development, and just puts enough in everything else to get by. Even though it causes major hassles at device launch time, that is the preferable route IMO, because it gives us better products with more features.

edit: Refried Jelly Beans!!!

Anyone else a hiker?
I'm watching the Nat Geo piece on the App Trail. It's still a lifelong goal to hike the whole thing. I've done some of the harder parts in NH, some in MA and some in NC. Can't imagine my wife would ever want to do it (she's not the outdoorsy type). Don't think I could do it alone though. Still always wishing.... :)

I am intrigued by the app Trail, but doubt I will ever do it.
