Wow! how about College Football! #1 and #2 lost today, the SEC championship is now a playoff game as long as neither team loses their last game. And of course, my team FL, still has an outside chance if Notre Dame loses against USC next week :) :eek:
 
Every 3 or 4 months I get the urge to purchase something. And what I want is at least an 60" 3D tv but I don't have the money for it! Grrr!
 
Although. I have been wanting a slow cooker and with my Discover Card Cashback I could get one for no cost off of Amazon. And I also want the past roller attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer. Hmm..
 
Oh boy. I want to get my mom a new phone. If she likes the S3 I can get it at Wal Mart for $129 AND get a $100 gift card!
 
I bought one of those thick batteries that makes my Gnex really thick because I need the extra juice. To me, it's a pretty simple concept. What good is a super powerful thin phone if it won't power on because it can't even last half a day with real world use.

Anyway, I put the Samsung Chromebook on my Christmas wishlist (and told Pam if it was out of range then don't get me anyting, put it towards eventually getting it) so we'll see. But really looking at what I do with my laptop, I think this is the way to go. I may throw a few hundred at a PC later on for my dev/linux fix, but for 99% of what I do, a chromebook will work.

Disappointed on the meteor showers during my flight last night to Amsterdam. I only saw one good one and a couple small ones. Speaking of which, I once dated a woman who I'd consider fairly intelligent and a college graduate, who honestly thought shooting stars were real stars. :dong:

Pup, I love my Chromebook (on it right now). Wish you luck in convincing Santa to get ya one. ;):)
Finished shopping for my parents. Ended up getting my mom a Keirug coffee maker. They don't drink a ton of coffee and she likes a half decaf mix while my dad likes the "strong" stuff. Got my dad the new Jefferson bio by John Beecham.
