Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Curious...
running 4.2.2 on my Nexus 7 and now on my One X. The one x has lost 11% of its battery sitting on my table since I took it off the charger. Google services eating up 38% in the battery stats. 1 hour, 1 min 42 seconds on battery. From 100% to 89...88...

Acting just like the nexus 7.

Please don't mention wake lock.

So... yet again, my determination to avoid the reality of the ruins of my past downfalls, has infected my world. Karma has a wicked sense of humor I must say. Congrats.
 
Ugh, my boss called and said he'd be late. And, I loaned my keys to a coworker so I can't get in until he gets here.

Samsung has a "Premiere event" today. Who is excited? Watching? I may try to catch it out of curiosity.
 
Honestly, the iPad really is not that bad. Although, I have noted several quirks with my iPad mini.

Some highlights include: Not being able to save model maps from a web site. Not being able to share something from a 3rd party twitter app, but I guess the joke is on everyone with 3rd party twitter apps, thanks to twitter themselves and the 100k limit.

I will say battery seems better on the ipad mini. I can often sit it down and just not worry about the thing running out of juice while its in stand by.

Yeah, its totally backwards from Android, but, I will let you in on a secret:

Its okay to use both android and apple :) Two different ways to do pretty much the same thing :)

Tbh I don't think it'll make a damn difference as far as video chat goes. The bandwidth will be clogged regardless on the Asian end with everyone calling home as much as they can get away with.
