I'm on T-Mobile but there is a simple hack for AT&T and T-Mobile to turn on the LTE radio. So I get LTE and when I don't I get HSPA+. I'm pretty much always in an LTE area so its pretty nice.It would be a heck of a lot cheaper then any other device out there.
The main questions are: Can I live with HSPA+ (AT&T)? And, will I have the same battery issues I had with my second N7?
Are you running the latest 4.2.2 update and have the latest google play services?

I really can't see getting an HTC one or another Note 2 or S4 when other stuff is around the corner. The N4 may be enough to hold me over from my squirrelly Note II.
As far as 4.2.2 and latest Google Play Services, yes sir. Though, not sure what latest Google Play Services has to do with all this . I'm on Build 6/15/13 of AOKP. I use the AOKPush app (it's a buck 75) to get notified of all the latest builds and messages the devs release. Pretty sweet.
With FrancoKernel running on this thing I've never been happier with Android.
